1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to 828ph — one of the Philippines' most trusted online gaming platforms. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 828ph website, mobile application, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these 828ph Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.

828ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide valid documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any pending withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
We strictly prohibit minors from accessing our Platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and all funds will be returned to the verified payment source after a compliance review.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each player is allowed to create only one (1) account on 828ph. Duplicate accounts, even under different names or email addresses, are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When you register on 828ph, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. Providing false information is a direct violation of these Terms and can result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 828ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
Do not share your account with anyone — not your kaibigan, not a family member, not anyone. Account sharing is a violation of these 828ph Terms and Conditions and grounds for immediate suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
828ph supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods to make transactions easy and fast for every kabayan:
- GCash
- Maya (formerly PayMaya)
- GrabPay
- Coins.ph
- InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed during the transaction process. 828ph does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit, consistent with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
828ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
828ph offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated terms.
General bonus rules that apply across all 828ph promotions include:
- Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses unless the promotion specifically allows it.

- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting loopholes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.

6. Fair Play Policy

Players are expected to participate in games in good faith. Any form of cheating, exploitation of software bugs, use of bots or automated tools, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these 828ph Terms and Conditions.
If 828ph detects or reasonably suspects fair play violations, we reserve the right to void affected game rounds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the involved accounts, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 828ph Platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
- Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Using software, scripts, or bots to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
- Providing false personal or financial information during registration or verification.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, game manipulation, or collusion in sports betting markets.
- Allowing minors to access or use your account in any way.
- Charging back deposits made to your account via your bank or payment provider after using the funds.
828ph monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. We cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and gaming regulatory bodies. If you are aware of any prohibited activity on the Platform, we encourage you to report it to our support team immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 828ph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, videos, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 828ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of 828ph's intellectual property is a violation of Philippine intellectual property laws and these Terms, and may result in civil or criminal liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
828ph provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific gaming outcomes. While we strive to maintain high uptime and game integrity, brief outages, maintenance windows, or technical errors may occasionally occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 828ph shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss of winnings caused by technical failures outside our reasonable control.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
- Any action taken in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
In all cases, 828ph's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
828ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that if you are requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, we will process this with priority under our Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon account termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that is not subject to an active investigation will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after a standard compliance review period.
11. Changes to These Terms
828ph may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or business practices. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 828ph Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed. The most current version will always be available at this page.
If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These 828ph Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal customer support process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 828ph.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in July 2025 and supersede all previous versions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
